This self-care program, Essential Oils for Pregnancy, is designed to be used during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. It is meant to address common discomforts that may occur during healthy, normal pregnancies (and beyond).
Included in this chart are protocols for using essential oils in pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, as well as proper ways to apply and massage them. We have also provided important safety guidelines for using essential oils before, during, and after pregnancy. As a bonus, you will find 3 blends specifically for the childbearing year: Prenatal Energizing Blend, Postpartum Balance Diffuser Blend, and Well Baby Blend.
